Terms of use

Last updated 11 October 2026

These terms apply when you play BeeVille or use beeville.app. Walter Media AB (org. no. 559318-9060), Kronetorpsgatan 64F, 212 26 Malmö, Sweden, makes BeeVille. "We" and "us" mean Walter Media AB.

Your licence to play

BeeVille is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard App Store EULA). These terms add the parts that are specific to BeeVille. If the two disagree about the licence itself, Apple's EULA wins.

Virtual items

Coins, honey, royal jelly and other in-game items are part of the game. You get a licence to use them in BeeVille. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred outside the game.

Apple handles all purchases. To ask for a refund, use Apple's Report a Problem page. Nothing in these terms affects your rights as a consumer where you live, including the right to a refund for faulty digital content.

Your farm

The game saves your farm on your device. If you delete the app or lose the device, you may lose your farm, and we cannot restore it because we never receive a copy.

Changes to the game

We update BeeVille to add content, fix bugs and rebalance the game. Updates can change how items, prices and timers work. We will not take away something you paid for without replacing it or refunding you.

Our content

The BeeVille name, logo, art, music and code belong to Walter Media AB. You are welcome to share screenshots and videos of your farm. Please do not copy the art or resell the game.

Liability

We fix the bugs we know about, but we cannot promise BeeVille has none. We are responsible for loss we cause through negligence or intent, and for anything else mandatory consumer law makes us responsible for. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

Law and disputes

Swedish law applies, but if you live in another EU country you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law there. Please contact us first so we can try to sort it out. Consumers in Sweden can also take a dispute to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date above. A change that matters to you applies only from the next app update after we publish it.
